with low cost and high performance makes its debut.

AX-20A

Features

  • The machine is equipped with Feed, Cam and Rotary Wire Guide axes as standard. 3 optional Servo Spinner Units and 3 optional Servo Linear Units can be easily added to make the AX-10A/AX-20A an 8 axes machine. (2 optional Servo Linear Units is used AX-3)
  • You can customize the machine as you wish with numerous optional accessories. (Slide Base and Cam Shaft (8sets), Cut Holder (1pc.), Tool Holder A (1pc.), Tool Holder B (1pc.) are equipped as standard.)
  • The slides can be installed at any angle around the circular table.
  • The slide layout can be changed simply by altering the mounting position on the slide base for tool holders and servo drive unit.
  • AX-10A/AX-20A Spinner and Linear can be mounted on the same slide and it can Operate the spinner tool by same speed.
  • Cam for ALL series is exclusive. Single Cam and Twin Cam are available. Twin Cams are ready for more higher speed production.
  • The Image sensor (optional) feature can be equipped on the latest computer.
  • AX-3/AX-10A can make English hook extension spring. Quill Unit, SE Slide and S Slide Attachment are provided as optional accessories.
  • AX-3/AX-10A feedroll unit can be moved back and forth at 150mm/130mm so that it is easy to change or adjust the feedroll and/or wire guide.
