PC-8B Computer Controlled Coiling Machine

The standard accessories of PC-8A allow Right hand coiling, Left hand coiling,2 point pin coiling and 1 point pin coiling.
The PC-8A incorporates the latest computer and servo mechanism whilst continuing the easy operation already familiar to existing PC-8 users.

  • The standard accessories of PC-8A allow Right hand coiling, Left hand coiling, 2 Point pin and 1 Point pin coiling.
  • All tools are common with PC-8.
  • Optimized servo mechanism and computer allows for easier operation.
  • Adopting the crank system on the cut slide increases output compared to the original PC-8.
  • Unifying the computer and machine allows for a small space.
  • The standard 5 axes equipped are: Feed Axis, Cut Axis, Wedge Pitch Axis, Push Pitch Axis.
  • Micro meter is equipped on the point holder and allows for easy adjustment of initial tension.
  • Rotary Cut Slide and Arbor Retraction Unit are optional accessories.
  • The Image sensor ( optional ) can control the measurement of products and Wireless LAN ( optional ) can manage the machine status.
